Lounge Lizard Announces their Spring 2022 Web Design Scholarship Winner

This year’s Spring Web Design Scholarship goes to Ekemini Nkanta, a student at CUNY NYC College of Technology, for her work on anthemproduction.com – a fully operational website for a specialized events firm. 

Our judges were impressed by this well-rounded website as it excelled in all of the major categories including cleanliness, aesthetics, functionality, easy-of-use, and responsiveness. As if Ekemini and her work weren’t already impressive enough, she has informed us that her web design skills are self-taught! As a team well-versed in the website development and creative space, we can say with confidence that there are many more great things to come from Ekemini and we look forward to seeing where she goes.

In addition to the $1,000 Scholarship, she will receive design critique and feedback from Ken Braun, the Founder, and CCO of Lounge Lizard.

Applications are now open for the Fall 2022 Semester scholarship which can be found here. Applications are due by October 3rd, 2022.
